DELIVERY TIMESCALE

We have partnered with the UKs most specialist 2 man white glove courier service, who will deliver your order within 7-10 working days (Please Allow extra time during busy periods)

Once your order has arrived at their warehouse, they will book your delivery via SMS. If the date/time is not suitable please reply back to the SMS as per the instructions and they will offer a new date/time. Delivery timescale quotes are based on you being able to accept the earliest delivery date provided.

PACKAGING & ASSEMBLY

Products will be taken to the room of choice & all packaging where possible will be removed by the courier.

Assembly and installation of all dining tables is included as part of our standard service but you will have to speak to the courier directly, once they have booked in your delivery to see enquire as to whether they can assemble the dining chairs.

We cannot guarantee that the courier will have time to assemble the chairs for you and this is not part of the standard service. Dining Chairs are straight forward to assemble should you do this yourself.

You can arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging.
