Delivery and Return Policy

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

We have partnered with the UKs most specialist 2 man white glove courier service, who will deliver your order within 7-10 working days (Please Allow extra time during busy periods)

Once your order has arrived at their warehouse, they will book your delivery via SMS. If the date/time is not suitable please reply back to the SMS as per the instructions and they will offer a new date/time. Delivery timescale quotes are based on you being able to accept the earliest delivery date provided

     

    Return Process:

    You can arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging. Any items returned that we don’t get in an “as new” condition, we will return the item to you, the customer.

    Please note when booking a return, our warehouse is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

    • Approval and Arrangement: Any return request must receive prior approval from our management team. If there is a problem or damage to your item, no fault of your own, a full refund will be issued. If an item is being returned for any other reason, we will arrange collection, for which the cost shall be deducted from any refund. Upon return to our warehouse the order will be assessed in full by our management before a refund is issued. Refunds take 5-7 working days post confirmation that the order has been received and checked. 
    • Returns for Wear and Tear: Please note that while we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to damage incurred through regular use or handling. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we aim to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings. If you have any concerns regarding the condition of your item upon receipt, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Thank you for your cooperation.
